About Our Founder: Ryan D. Brown is the President and Founder of Lending Group, LLC, a correspondent lender and mortgage brokerage company headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist,Ò Ryan has extensive financial knowledge and expertise regarding the tax and financial planning implications of various mortgage and real estate investment strategies. Ryan has a proven track record of adding significant value in the mortgage planning process by integrating a client's mortgage, debt and home equity strategy into their overall financial plan. Prior to founding Lending Group, LLC, Ryan fueled his entrepreneurial sprit by starting up a credit consulting firm. He quickly gained leadership skills by recruiting and training over 100 independent contractors through out the United States, focusing on credit restoration. Ryan’s expertise in this subject matter lead him to successfully publish an article, “Credit Repair and the Cash Flow Broker,” in the National Cash Flow Journal in May of 2001. He also taught a two day, one hour credit class at the 2001 National Cash Flow Convention in San Diego, California. Ryan is actively involved in supporting and encouraging entrepreneurship across a spectrum of industries. Ryan helped establish the Lighthouse Entrepreneurs Network, which is a membership-based group designed to facilitate the exchange of ideas by bringing together successful entrepreneurs, emerging entrepreneurs and other professionals interested in the advancement of entrepreneurship. Additionally, Ryan is on the advisory board of business development for Flight 36, a ministry designed to make an impact in the lives of fatherless boys, single moms and the Kingdom of God.
